Ingersoll Rand in Spain (Remote) is seeking a Branding & Loyalty Programs Manager for Compressor Systems & Services EMEIA. You will lead branding strategy, drive brand consolidation, and develop loyalty programs across the CSS and Air Treatment portfolios, collaborating with regional leaders to align with global brand guidelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, customer engagement, or loyalty programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of brand governance and customer lifecycle management.
• Experience in B2B industrial/manufacturing/tech environment is preferred.
• Experience supporting regional or global branding initiatives.

Responsabilidades
