Job summary

Tiger Data, formerly Timescale, is seeking an EMEA Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives across the region. You will own revenue attainment for Tiger Cloud and self‑hosted deployments while shaping the outbound strategy and coaching reps to engage technical buyers.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Sales Engineering, CS, and Partnerships to drive multi‑stakeholder deals, with a strong emphasis on outbound and leadership in a remote, Barcelona‑based setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a quota‑carrying mid‑market or enterprise sales team.
• Experience building and scaling outbound motions.
• Experience selling to technical audiences (engineering leaders, CTOs, platform teams).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 6‑8 Account Executives across EMEA, setting clear performance expectations and coaching.
• Own EMEA revenue attainment across Tiger Cloud and self‑hosted deployments.
• Build outbound motion for the region with target account discipline and engagement quality.
• Coach reps on discovery and sales framework adoption.
• Partner with Marketing on ABM for the region and event follow‑up.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, CS, and Professional Services to move complex deals.
• Recruit, hire, and develop talent to build future leaders.
