Sovos is seeking a Manager of Sales Engineering for the EMEA region. You will lead a high-performing SE team, elevate pre-sales execution, and ensure demonstrations clearly communicate Sovos value to enterprise and mid-market customers across Europe.

The role emphasizes discovery, solution positioning, and collaboration with Sales, Product, and Services to drive multi-country deals and consistent outcomes.

Formación

• 6-10 years of experience in Sales Engineering / Pre-sales.
• 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales cycles in Europe.
• Strong understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder deal environments.
• Ability to coach teams on value-based selling, discovery, and storytelling.
• Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Product, and Services teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team of Sales Engineers aligned to regional Account Executives.
• Drive consistent pre-sales execution with structured discovery and tailored demonstrations.
• Support deal strategy across complex, multi-country opportunities.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align on priorities and pipeline coverage.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Professional Services to ensure messaging alignment.
