M3 EU is seeking a senior commercial strategist to advance pharma marketing in Spain by leveraging technology and data, working with senior brand teams to design digital solutions, and pitching new services to clients. This role operates in Madrid or Barcelona with a hybrid working model.

You will partner with M3 MDs to drive revenue, shape pricing and ROI narratives, and help launch new offerings across the Spanish physician ecosystem.

Formación

• 3–4 years in B2B commercial roles serving pharmaceutical clients.
• Ability to translate client problems into strategic solutions.
• Native or fluent Spanish with full professional English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the shift from headcount to technology in pharma marketing.
• Build partnerships with brand managers and digital leads across pharmaceutical accounts in Spain.
• Translate prescribing insights into communication plans and high-impact campaigns on M3 platforms.
• Partner with M3 group MDs to drive revenue and shape go-to-market and service development.
