Job summary

M3 EU is seeking a senior strategy professional to transform pharmaceutical marketing in Spain from field-based tactics to data- and technology-driven engagement. You will work with senior marketers and MDs to define value propositions, design bespoke strategies, and launch new services that align with commercial realities across Spain.

Based in Madrid or Barcelona with a hybrid/ flexible setup, you will lead cross-functional efforts to deliver revenue growth while building scalable capabilities

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in B2B commercial roles serving pharmaceutical clients

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift from headcount to technology and data-driven marketing
• Win senior marketers over by building partnerships and bespoke strategies
• Translate prescribing insight into high-impact communication plans across M3 platforms
• Collaborate with M3 group MDs to shape commercial strategy and revenue growth
• Identify new business opportunities beyond pharma promotion and test pilots
• Feed the product engine by capturing client needs and influencing roadmaps
• Support recruitment and build a capable team for scaling growth
