Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) seeks a strategic and visionary Manager PMO to lead the enterprise-wide Project Management Office, guiding governance, portfolio alignment, and delivery maturity across the organisation. The role is pivotal in shaping governance strategy and ensuring value-driven project delivery in a complex, matrixed environment.

Formación

• Ten plus years in project/program management with PMO leadership.
• Proven success managing large, complex portfolios and transformations.
• Knowledge of PM frameworks and governance best practices.
• Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders (English essential).
• Excellent communication, analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Proficient with PM tools: Monday.com, Wrike, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps.
• PMP, PgMP or comparable credential desirable.
• Aviation or air cargo domain knowledge beneficial.
• Experience with warehouse construction or MHS is welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Leadership: mature the EMEA PMO into a high-impact function.
• Portfolio Governance: oversee lifecycle, prioritisation, funding, and performance.
• Executive Reporting: provide data-driven insights to executives.
• PMO Frameworks & Methodologies: establish best-in-class standards.
• Organisational Maturity: drive continuous improvement in maturity and capacity.
• Cross-Functional Influence: partner with Finance, IT, HR, and BU to optimise delivery.
• Change & Transformation: act as a change agent for strategic initiatives.
• Leadership & Talent Development: mentor a high-performing PMO and team.
• Tool & System Management: manage PM software and reporting capabilities.
• Resource management: allocate internal and external resources efficiently.
• Support: assist regional management in controlling multiple projects.
