SustainRecruit Talent is seeking a proactive PMO Analyst to join a fast-moving Transformation team. You will support programme governance, manage documentation and help senior leaders maintain momentum with clear, data-driven insights.

The role focuses on coordinating PMO activities, enabling agile delivery, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders in a complex environment. Strong organisation and communication are key.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience in PMO, project coordination or programme support within a complex environment.
• Confident communication with senior stakeholders and the ability to challenge constructively.
• Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with a track record of completing tasks reliably.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with programme data, RAID items and delivery metrics.
• Understanding of agile delivery methods and experience supporting agile teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Jira, Confluence, Mural).
• Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, AI agents) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate programme governance—prepare agendas and packs, capture decisions, track actions and risks.
• Provide PMO and business support—manage priorities, maintain documentation and ensure timely delivery.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships—follow up, communicate clearly and drive commitments to completion.
• Turn data into insights—collect, validate and organise information to produce reports for senior audiences.
• Support agile delivery routines—coordinate ceremonies, dependencies and follow-ups across teams.
• Assist with commercial processes—manage supplier information, track approvals and monitor spend.
• Coordinate logistics—diaries, workshops, events and onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Use initiative to anticipate needs and drive improvements.
