Flywire is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Global PMO team in Valencia. In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of cross-functional internal initiatives across the business, sitting alongside Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations.

• 5-7 years of project management experience in fast-paced or cross-functional environments.
• Proven experience managing internal projects using blended waterfall and agile approaches.
• Strong execution discipline with organizational, tracking, and risk management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and execution of cross-functional internal projects across Finance, Operations, Legal, HR.
• Translate business needs into structured project plans with milestones, ownership, and outcomes.
• Establish project rhythm, track status, manage dependencies, and maintain documentation.
• Identify risks and blockers, escalate appropriately, and drive alignment among stakeholders.
