VAMED+WWH is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Controller to strengthen economic and operational control across international healthcare infrastructure projects, delivering reliable budget, forecast, and progress information to Management and project teams.

Responsibilities include budgeting, cost tracking, milestone monitoring, risk management, and delivering dashboards and KPIs; collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering and project teams to improve PMO

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in project control, controlling or project management.
• Experience in healthcare/hospital sector highly valued; construction, engineering or infrastructure backgrounds also fit.
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent - analytical and control ability matters most.
• Advanced Excel essential; Power Query/Power Pivot, ERP and BI tools are a plus.
• Advanced professional English, given work with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Control project budget, actual costs, commitments, forecast, cash flow and margin.
• Consolidate and validate data, detect deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare dashboards, KPIs and periodic reporting for Management.
• Track milestones, risks, changes, billing and economic/operational progress.
• Coordinate information with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering and project teams.
• Improve templates, control models and standards for the PMO.
