Job summary

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Payments Technical Support Specialist EMEA to oversee live operations of our payment services for partners across the EMEA region. You will handle API integrations, resolve incidences, and collaborate with developers, product teams and vendors.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years in API integration or technical support, with strong English and Spanish communication and knowledge of regulatory environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field.
1-3 years of experience in API integration, technical support, or similar.
Experience in regulated financial/fintech environments is a plus.
Knowledge of payment gateways and security standards is beneficial.
Strong English and Spanish communication skills and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

Provide first level support to existing partners by resolving incidences in a timely fashion.
Detect anomalies & errors in the payment instructions delivery process.
Monitors inbound/outbound global payments transactions flow.
Resolve or escalate to additional functional teams as needed.
API integration and maintenance.
Develop comprehensive documentation for API configurations, workflows and troubleshooting steps.
Ensure compliance with company security standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct functional and regression testing.
Collaborate with developers, product teams and external vendors.
Monitor support performance and create reports on integration status, issues and resolutions.
