Job summary

Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Payments Technical Support Specialist EMEA to oversee live operations of our Ria, Xe and Dandelion services in the EMEA region. The role leads support for back-office administration, partner lifecycle management, and analytics within a 24/7 global team.

The ideal candidate holds a related bachelor degree and has at least 3 years in API integration or technical support, with experience in Zendesk, Jira and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field.
• 3 years of experience in API integration, technical support, or similar.
• Experience in industries with regulatory, technical, or operational environments (Fintech, Money Transfer or Banking is a plus).
• Project management experience, familiar with financial accounting concepts.
• Experience with API Integrations - Web Service, RESTful API, XML, JSON.
• In-depth knowledge of Zendesk, Jira, Power BI is a plus.
• Understanding of programming languages (Java, Python, PHP).
• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level support to existing partners by resolving incidences promptly.
• Monitor inbound/outbound payments transactions flow.
• Detect anomalies & errors in payment instructions delivery process.
• API integration and maintenance; develop documentation for API configurations.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
