Job summary

Ria Money Transfer, a unit of Euronet Worldwide, seeks a Helpdesk Technician for the Technical Support team. You will provide Level 1 IT support and resolve basic hardware, software and connectivity issues, delivering professional, empathetic service by phone and email in Portuguese and Spanish.

Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish (or English) is required, with prior Helpdesk/IT support experience. Familiarity with browsers, email clients and web tools; Zendesk experience is a plus.

About This Role

As a Helpdesk Technician, in Technical Support team, your role will be delivering high-quality customer service and efficiently resolving basic technical issues.
