Ria Money Transfer in Madrid is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives on a global payments platform. You will design plans, coordinate across IT, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and other functions, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

The role emphasizes strong people management, organizational skills, and the ability to gather requirements, manage risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders. English and Spanish fluency are required for this international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in BA or similar field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• 3–5 years PM experience; experience in financial services desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives and ensure delivery.
• Gather requirements and ensure traceability throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional plans with IT, Compliance, Legal, Finance and others.
• Report on project status, risks and outcomes; manage scope and timelines.
• Lead UAT and launch iterations of the product.
