Maisa is seeking a seasoned Implementation & Delivery leader to drive enterprise platform rollouts across multiple customer departments. You will manage parallel streams, oversee onboarding, and guide change management initiatives to ensure adoption and success.

Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and REST APIs is required, with excellent communication to C-suite and technical teams. This hybrid role offers collaboration across Spain-based hubs and remote work options.

Formación

• Experience leading enterprise technology deployments at scale.
• Ability to map processes and discover requirements across teams.
• Proven change management and user adoption programs.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; other European languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide platform rollouts across multiple departments with detailed project plans.
• Coordinate onboarding activities including technical setup, process mapping, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Define KPIs and provide status updates to executives; mitigate risks with proactive governance.
• Develop scalable training materials and a use case repository to track progress and expansion opportunities.
