UL Solutions in Barcelona seeks a Software Implementation consultant to support and configure our Wire and Cable software for customers. You will handle UI-based configuration and backend tasks using SQL, JavaScript, and XML, while building strong client relationships across Europe.

The role requires excellent English and fluency in French or German, plus a background in software implementation or support and a degree in a relevant field.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in software implementation or support.
• Strong academic background in a relevant discipline; degree level preferred.
• Excellent English and fluency in French or German to support collaboration across the EMEA region.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to existing clients including report generation during critical times of the year.
• Advise and assist the client in maintaining and enhancing their application.
• Configure the system via the user interface per defined requirements.
• Work with technical teams to resolve system and configuration issues.
• Attend customer meetings and calls to support larger implementation projects.
• Provide status updates and highlight risks and issues to supervisors.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key customers.
• Build and maintain custom forms using XML/SQL build scripts.
