Maisa is seeking a Program Manager for implementation and delivery of enterprise platforms. You will lead multi-stream deployments, onboarding, and knowledge transfer across customer departments, ensuring milestones and success metrics are met.

You will drive enablement and adoption through scalable training, maintain a use-case repository, and manage stakeholder engagement from technical teams to executives. Fluency in Spanish and English, plus travel up to 25%, is expected.

Formación

• Experience leading enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience onboarding, training programs, and change management at scale.
• Strong program management capabilities coordinating parallel workstreams and stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure and software tech (AWS/Azure/Kubernetes/CI/CD/REST).
• Business proficiency in Spanish and English; travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise-wide platform rollouts across multiple customer departments with multiple streams and milestones.
• Coordinate customer onboarding activities including technical setup, process discovery and mapping, user training and knowledge transfer.
• Establish and track KPIs and success metrics for each deployment phase and report to executives.
• Develop scalable training programs and materials to drive customer adoption and use-case repository maintenance.
• Serve as primary point of contact for technical and operational issues during implementation and drive cross-functional collaboration.
