Job summary

ADM Health & Wellness is seeking a Sales & Business Development Senior Director for the EMEA region. The role leads the regional strategy and directs Sales and BD teams across Human and Pet Supplements, Food and Beverages, and Clinical Nutrition, with travel ~40–50% and sites in Valencia or London.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years leading BD/sales in life sciences, a BS in biochemistry/microbiology/chemistry or similar, and fluent English (Spanish beneficial), to drive

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years leading BD/sales teams in Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience in probiotics/health & wellness is a plus.
• Strong collaboration across matrix organizations and global levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regional revenue and gross margin targets for the EMEA region.
• Lead and develop regional Sales and BD teams and talent strategy.
• Refine regional commercial strategy including GTM, segmentation, and channel mix.
• Collaborate with Platform, R&D, and RSA on product portfolio decisions.
• Coordinate go-to-market with ADM sales leadership and marketing teams.
• Manage and develop EMEA-based H&W Sales managers.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with other ADM Nutrition teams.
