Job summary

ADM is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to accelerate growth across its Health & Wellness portfolio within the Food & Beverage and Sports Nutrition sectors in the EMEA region.

You will promote the portfolio to Food & Beverage customers while exploring opportunities in Sports and Active Nutrition and work closely with Technical, R&D, Applications and Marketing teams to enable successful product development and commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Product Management within health ingredients or functional ingredients.
• Proven experience selling into Food & Beverage customers.
• Experience supporting commercialization of probiotic or health-focused ingredient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Promote ADM's Health & Wellness portfolio across EMEA with focus on Food & Beverage customers.
• Generate new business and grow strategic customer relationships.
• Deliver commercial targets in revenue and margins.
• Collaborate with Technical, R&D, Applications and Marketing teams to support product development.
• Develop regional commercial strategies based on customer needs and market trends.
• Identify new opportunities in Food & Beverage, Sports Nutrition and contract manufacturing.
• Expand customer portfolio through strategic account targeting and market development.
• Represent ADM at conferences, exhibitions and customer meetings across EMEA.
