Job summary

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a Senior Director, Commercial Clinical Next-Generation Sequencing, based in Spain. The role is fully remote with regional influence across EMEA and requires travel to support customers and priorities.

You will shape regional sales strategies, oversee profitability and build high-performing teams across oncology, translational research and applied clinical markets, while aligning with cross-functional leadership to ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leadership experience in a large healthcare or life sciences business.
• Healthcare industry expertise, preferably in clinical molecular diagnostics or NGS.
• Strong understanding of clinical oncology, translational research and applied clinical markets.
• Strategic sales experience with revenue and profitability growth.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and improving performance.
• Experience leading in global and matrix organizations across regions.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-level customers and partners.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting, pricing, BI and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional commercial strategy for the EMEA clinical NGS market.
• Drive revenue, margin and market share targets.
• Build sales operating mechanisms including forecasting and pipeline management.
• Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships and partnerships.
• Collaborate across product, medical affairs, marketing and finance.
• Identify growth opportunities in oncology, translational research and applied markets.
• Lead regular business reviews and adjust plans to ensure growth.
• Oversee pricing guidelines and promotional strategies.
• Strengthen distributor partnerships to capture regional growth.
• Recruit, coach and retain high-performing commercial teams.
