Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a transformational Regional Vice President to lead the Process Transformation sales organization across EMEA. You will own commercial execution across Europe, the Middle East and Africa and drive revenue growth, new customer acquisition, expansion and scalable go-to-market motions.

You will shape long-term growth strategy, partner with global and local leaders, and mentor high-performing teams while navigating regulatory and market dynamics across mature and emerging

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record selling and leading teams across multiple EMEA markets.
• Ability to lead complex business transformation at scale and build strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the EMEA revenue strategy for Process Transformation across sub-regions.
• Shape and execute the EMEA go-to-market strategy with industry plays and partnerships.
• Lead the evolution of the sales motion in the agentic enterprise using AI and data.
• Advise regional and global leadership on priorities and investments.
• Build and lead a high-performing, diverse team across countries and time zones.
