Burning Rock Biotech is seeking a Business Development Director to spearhead its commercial expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). You will own the full BD cycle—from regional strategy and market-entry planning to distributor development, key-account acquisition, and brand building—with the goal of building a sustainable revenue pipeline and establishing our presence in the region.

Formación
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Molecular Pathology, Clinical Medicine, or related field; MBA or PhD preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in BD or sales in molecular diagnostics/IVD/life-science tools in the EMEA.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Develop regional sales strategies and country market-entry plans.
- Identify, qualify, and manage distributors, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
- Lead commercial negotiations and deal structuring.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders and sales teams for execution.
- Build brand awareness and set up operational processes for market entry and growth.
