IQVIA is seeking a high-impact Director/Senior Director of Business Development for Clinical Solutions, EMEA. The role leads growth across mid-size pharmaceutical accounts, shaping partnerships and driving complex solution sales.

You will position IQVIA’s RDS capabilities as catalysts for innovation and speed in drug development. We seek an executive with deep clinical development expertise, outstanding communication and negotiation skills, and a consultative client approach.

Formación

• Executive presence and outstanding communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Deep understanding of global clinical development, regulatory pathways, and therapeutic dynamics.
• Experience in managing large-scale clinical programs and CRO partnerships.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and long-range forecasting.
• Ability to structure complex deals balancing client value and commercial viability.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve annual sales targets across Mid-size Pharmaceutical accounts by selling IQVIA offerings.
• Maintain knowledge of IQVIA services for cross-sell opportunities.
• Prospect and develop new business within target customers and accounts.
• Lead and execute comprehensive sales plans for each key account.
• Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and understand customer organizations.
• Monitor leads and opportunities to maintain a strong pipeline.
• Develop sales strategies and ensure proposed solutions meet client needs.
• Coordinate with contracts to develop proposals and close deals.
• Utilize CRM reports to track progress and provide visibility to leadership.
