Hartmann Young is seeking a commercially driven Vice President, EMEA to lead one of its largest international regions. This fully remote role covers Europe with travel across EMEA and India, and carries full P&L responsibility, reporting to the executive leadership team.

You will oversee commercial strategy, operational performance and sustainable growth, guiding Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Business Operations across multiple countries and cultures.

Formación

• 15–20+ years of commercial leadership experience within the diagnostics or life sciences industry.
• Strong expertise in microbiology diagnostics, ideally spanning Environmental, Human, Animal and Food Safety markets.
• Proven success leading large international commercial organisations with full P&L ownership.
• Experience operating as a General Manager with responsibility for multiple business functions.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver revenue growth and strategic transformation across complex international markets.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams across multiple countries and cultures.
• BA degree required; an advanced scientific or business qualification is advantageous.
• Fully remote position based anywhere in Europe with international travel across EMEA and India.
