Job summary

Ashby is hiring a Manager of Implementations for High Touch in the EMEA region. You will lead an EMEA team of Implementation Specialists, guiding onboarding experiences for mid-market customers and aligning with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, high-quality delivery.

You will drive region-specific strategies, manage complex enterprise stakeholders, and move initiatives forward with a bias for action in a remote-first environment with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing and executing implementation/onboarding projects.
• Ability to lead remote-first teams with <10% travel.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience operating in complex enterprise environments at scale.
• Familiarity with Ashby-like products or enterprise software (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead an EMEA-based team of Implementation Specialists.
• Oversee delivery of segment-aligned implementations.
• Partner cross-functionally to scope and plan for prospective customers.
• Define and evolve implementation approach for regional considerations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering and Operations.
