Job summary

Straumann Group in Europe is seeking a Costumer Care Specialist for EMEA. You will be the first point of contact for dental professionals using our digital solutions and will support customers through technical inquiries and daily operational questions.

You will guide digital workflows, assist with 3Shape and Exocad processes, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Production, and Support to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or technical support.
• Ability to learn new digital tools and technologies.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Structured approach to problem solving and handling multiple inquiries.
• Good English (B2-C1) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level assistance to dental professionals using Straumann Group's digital solutions (UN!Q, Smile in a Box, Smilecloud, centralize Services, AXS).
• Troubleshoot ordering, connectivity, system access, and product usage issues.
• Guide customers through digital dentistry workflows, including 3Shape and Exocad processes.
• Manage inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems with timely, professional communication.
• Assist in onboarding and training customers adopting digital solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Production, and Support to resolve inquiries.
• Document all interactions and solutions in support systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
