• Handle customer feedback, quality concerns, and service complaints per procedures.
• Respond to logistics and shipping inquiries to ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with Salesforce teams and other internal stakeholders.
• Document interactions and track progress in CRM systems.
• Contribute to team objectives on productivity and service quality.
• Act as SME for processes and ClearCorrect workflows.
• Support onboarding of new team members and knowledge sharing initiatives.
