Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Education Specialist for EMEA in Madrid, Spain. The role focuses on building scalable learning platforms and go-to-market education strategies, reporting to the Associate Director, Clinical Education EMEA, Ortho.

This is a 5 days in the office position with the office located in Madrid. You will liaise with SMEs across the organization to develop practical training and education materials for EMEA customers, spanning onboarding to ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in relevant field.
• 0
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication.
• Minimum 2 years in digital education related roles.
• Experience developing practical training and certification programs.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient with LMS, Articulate Storyline, and other authoring tools.
• Attention to detail and problem solving in education projects.
• Process oriented with scalable program development.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• MS Office, Asana, and multimedia tools proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Deliver education support to grow the business.
• Coordinate OR and GP educational initiatives and manage system documentation.
• Plan meetings by identifying requirements, assembling contacts, and developing schedules.
• Collaborate with Education Managers on initiatives to support education and pilot programs.
• Maintain education collateral inventory for customers and sales teams.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities in education.
• Update Align Education websites and digital education platforms.
• Support daily needs of customers and the business.
