Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Madrid seeks a Clinical Sales Specialist for joints/Mitek to provide in-theatre clinical and technical support to surgeons and the sales team. You will guide use of orthopedic devices, sharing expert technique insights and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates have OR experience in traumatology, strong Spanish and English, and a collaborative mindset. This is a temporary contract based in Madrid, with a competitive incentive package.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating room support for traumatology is preferred.
• Experience with medical devices and clinical support in procedures.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical in-theatre support to nurses, instrumentists and surgeons.
• Offer specialized guidance on surgical techniques and device use.
• Assist with procedures involving shoulder, knee, hip and arthroscopy.
• Collect feedback on device usage and enhance customer experience.
• Contribute to sales growth and market share objectives.
• Manage product stock and depot inventory; coordinate with logistics.
