Job summary

Cisco Capital is seeking a Finance Sales Specialist for SMB and Mid-Market across EMEA. You will accelerate financing penetration by embedding multi-year, bundled solutions into regional sales motions, collaborating with field sales, architecture teams, and partners.

You will drive pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and provide regular forecasts to regional leadership, while demonstrating strong English communication and deal structuring capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, finance, economics or IT related field.
• 5+ years in IT vendor financing, leasing, or enterprise tech sales.
• Proven record closing multi-year technology financing deals.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Cisco Capital business development strategy for SMB/MM across EMEA.
• Drive bundled financing solutions including hardware, software, and CX services.
• Collaborate with field sales, architecture teams, and partners to embed financing in deals.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline, provide accurate forecasting, and reviews.
