ERM is seeking an experienced EMEA Benefits Senior Specialist to lead maintenance, governance and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will partner with global reward and local HR teams to ensure compliant, cost-effective benefits, aligned with ERM's people strategy and business goals, while delivering a positive employee experience.

• Experience managing employee benefits across multiple EMEA countries.
• Strong knowledge of pensions, healthcare and risk benefits.
• Experience in a complex, matrixed, multi-country organisation.
• Ability to translate local requirements into operational actions.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and govern an EMEA benefits portfolio aligned to global strategy.
• Oversee benefits across multiple countries including pensions and healthcare.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and data privacy rules.
• Lead market benchmarking and provide practical improvement recommendations.
• Manage vendor relationships and renewals; support invoicing and payments.
