Justworks in Spain seeks an experienced benefits professional focused on EMEA operations. You will own the full benefits lifecycle across markets, ensuring competitive and compliant offerings while building scalable processes from scratch.

You’ll lead country launches with cross-functional teams and manage broker/carrier relationships, using data to drive design decisions and reporting as the benefits program scales internationally.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in international benefits across UK, EU and expansion markets.
• Experience with procurement, renewals, broker/vendor management, and plan design.
• Track record of supporting or leading benefits launches in new markets.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets including procurement and vendor management.
• Lead country launches in new EMEA markets with cross-functional teams.
• Build and manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and providers.
• Track enrollment, utilization, and cost data to inform plan design decisions.
• Progressively take on broader program management responsibilities as the function matures.
