Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Global Benefits Specialist in Madrid to oversee and optimize our employee benefits footprint across the EMEA region. You will manage vendor relationships, renewals, payroll impacts, and benefits inventory while partnering with Finance and People Operations.

You will support enrollments, provide expert guidance on policy terms, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. This role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth within Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, benefits, or total rewards.
• Familiarity with statutory vs. supplementary benefit structures across major EMEA markets.
• Highly hands-on, curious, and eager to learn the broader landscape of Total Rewards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage global benefit offers, including gym partnerships and life insurance.
• Act as operational owner for all EMEA benefit programs and maintain benefits inventory.
• Support end-to-end renewal cycles with regional brokers and providers.
• Coordinate enrollments, changes, and terminations with local brokers and payroll.
• Provide Tier-2 support for employee inquiries and guide policy details and claims.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and reporting standards across EMEA.
• Identify bottlenecks and standardize processes to support strategic initiatives.
