WSP is seeking an AI Adoption, Experience and Training Lead to drive enablement for AI adoption across the organisation. The role focuses on building and delivering training, living within a broader change and communications plan, and scaling support through a champions network.

You will develop role-based learning paths, manage knowledge assets, and run train-the-trainer programs, with a strong emphasis on practical AI literacy and effective communication across diverse audiences.

Formación

• Experience in learning and enablement design for enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Instructional design capability for role-based paths and self-paced modules.
• Strong facilitation skills for live sessions, office hours, roadshows, and train-the-trainer programs.
• Ability to build and moderate peer-learning communities and engagement rhythms.
• Knowledge management: maintain a single source of truth, taxonomy and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Develop or procure trainings aligned to AI change and communications plan.
• Create and moderate collaboration spaces for peer learning and support.
• Schedule and deliver training per the enablement plan.
• Deliver targeted enablement for priority user groups (sessions, office hours, roadshows).
• Maintain office hours and publish how-to guides and FAQs.
• Design and maintain learning paths, modules, and labs.
• Own the knowledge base including taxonomy and standards.
• Run the AI champions network and facilitate community rhythms.
• Run train-the-trainer programs and improve content findability.
