Neurons Lab is seeking an Engineering Enablement Lead to scale AI adoption across its eight engineering organizations. You will cascade CTO visions into team discipline, codify practices, and transfer proven workflows between studios while preserving tools diversity (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex).

The role requires hands-on architectural thinking, experience shipping agentic workflows, and the ability to run bi-weekly reviews, demos, and cross-company knowledge capture.

Formación

• Led AI adoption or platform/developer-enablement work in an engineering organization (20+ engineers) or equivalent tech-lead/head-of-engineering experience.
• Shipped agentic workflows to production; can show their own skills, MCP servers or spec repositories.
• Fluent English required; Russian and/or Ukrainian a strong plus — the client's teams communicate in both.

Responsabilidades

• Take the cascade load off the CTO — turn vision into team-level discipline: specs, rules, review standards, reusable skills, onboarding of the next circle of engineers.
• Run diffusion loops between companies: detect what works, package into artifacts, transfer, measure against criteria.
• Operate the rhythm: bi-weekly validation calls, monthly cross-company demo meets, per-company status board, monthly steering sync with group CTO.
• Teach teams to define objective, numeric success criteria for agentic work.
