Job summary

Airbus Helicopters España, S.A. in Spain seeks an experienced electrical systems engineer to support the integration of electrical assemblies on our platforms.

You will perform 3D studies for equipment and harness integration in a DMU environment, ensuring safety and reliability of our helicopters. The role requires CATIA V5 mastery with electrical modules, production drawing creation, and close collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering/aeronautics or related field.
• Experience with equipment and harness installation in a 3D environment.
• Creation of production drawings.
• Usage of a DMU and 3D environment.
• Mastery of CATIA V5 with electrical modules.
• Knowledge of electrical installation regulations in aeronautics.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong project overview and strategic thinking.
• Soft skills: methodology, teamwork, clear communication and constructive attitude.
• Fluency in Spanish with advanced English and/or French.

Responsibilities

• 3D creation of electrical equipment installation with CATIA V5
• 3D creation of electrical harness routing with CATIA V5 EHI module
• Studies and positioning of harness supports
• 3D creation of interface drawings with surrounding environment
• Creation of manufacturing drawings for parts and equipment assemblies in 2D (CATIA V5)
• Creation of manufacturing drawings for harnesses with CATIA V5 modules
• Creation of harness installation documentation with 3DVia
• Impact analysis in the event of modification
• Interface with other departments / professions within the design office
• Production support whether on the assembly line or in production centers
• Guarantor of the QUALITY approach
• Business trips 2-3 per year and willingness to travel
