Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe/Madrid invites an Electrical System Installation Design Engineer to support a new military program. You will design and validate electrical harnesses, boxes and control units, while aligning with architecture and in-service activities.

The role requires close collaboration with systems analysis, DMU/CAD interfaces, and production teams. Requires 5+ years in engineering with 2+ years in electrical installations; fluent English and strong Spanish; French is a

Qualifications

Degree in Aerospace or Industrial Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years in Engineering, with 2 years in Electrical Systems Installation.
Strong collaborative and communication skills; proactive attitude.
Fluent English and advanced Spanish; French an asset; security clearance a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and validate electrical harnesses, boxes, and control units installation from architecture to in-service.
Apply regulations, processes, methods, tools across project phases.
Manage complex systems integration with a customer-oriented view.
Collaborate with Industrial and Production teams to ensure concurrence and design interfaces.
Provide technical knowledge to stakeholders including quality, purchasing, supply chain and production.
