Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an detail-oriented EHS & Site Documents Tracking Controller to support project sites by ensuring all employee documentation is accurate and compliant. You will collaborate with EHS, HR, managers and SITE personnel to streamline processes and enhance workforce safety.

You will collect, load, and verify data across systems, monitor compliance, and assist with onboarding readiness. This hybrid role involves some travel and a start window in late 2026.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Profesionales or equivalent knowledge or experience.
• Experience with web-based programs and Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Non-national candidates must know minimum documentation requirements to be contracted in Spain (NIE, Social Security, bank account) and possess them at start.
• GE will not sponsor this requirement.

Responsibilities

• Collect data, ensure accuracy, and process through appropriate systems.
• Obtain information from EHS, HR, managers, supervisors, and SITE personnel and load into systems of record.
• Monitor systems of record to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Expedite employees on missing or expired documentation.
• Support employees during use of internal tools.
• Work with managers to ensure data is provided on time per deadlines.
• Assist with site readiness via checklists and processes.
• Monitor systems for compliance and accuracy.
• Travel may be required.
