Job summary

GMV Spain is seeking a meticulous Document Controller to ensure the accuracy, traceability, and accessibility of critical project information within our Space Division. You will support multidisciplinary teams and help maintain configuration baselines across international projects.

Hybrid working model with relocation options and ongoing training. English proficiency and strong MS Office skills are essential, with Jira/Confluence knowledge considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with document management systems and project databases.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register, review, and archive project documentation per standards.
• Prepare, distribute, and track document packages through the lifecycle.
• Monitor document status and maintain project databases.
• Support multidisciplinary teams on documentation and configuration management.
• Assist in meeting minutes and action follow-up.
• Manage user accounts and access rights within project tools.
• Ensure secure handling of classified documents.
