Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks an EHS & Site Documents Tracking Controller to organize employee documentation across project sites. You will collect, verify, and consolidate data from EHS and HR sources, supporting readiness and safety with timely updates.

The role is an apprentice contract (Contrato Laboral en Prácticas) for 1 year, full-time, with hybrid work in a Spain-based site. Travel may be required and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires proficiency with web-based programs and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with EHS, HR and site personnel.

Responsibilities

• Collect data accurately from various sources and load into systems.
• Monitor records for compliance and accuracy.
• Expedite documentation that is missing or expired.
• Support employees in using internal tools correctly.
• Coordinate with managers to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with EHS documentation requirements for projects.
