Job summary

GMV's Space Division is seeking a Document Controller to ensure accuracy, traceability and integrity of project documentation across international programmes and collaborations.

You will manage registration, review, archiving and distribution of document packages, monitor status against baselines, support configuration management, and assist meetings; a hybrid work model, relocation support, and language training are offered.

Qualifications

• Background in Administration, Document Management, Information Management, or a related field.
• High level of English.
• Experience with document management systems, databases and information management tools.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing the registration, review, and archiving of project documentation in compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
• Preparing, distributing, and tracking document packages throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitoring document status and maintaining project databases to ensure consistency with the applicable configuration baseline.
• Supporting multidisciplinary teams on documentation and configuration management matters.
• Assisting in the preparation of meeting minutes and coordinating the follow-up of resulting actions.
• Administering user accounts and access rights within project tools and systems.
• Ensuring the secure handling and control of classified documentation in line with established procedures.
