Job summary

Keysight is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Representative to lead risk assessments, training, and compliance across Spain. You will support the Internal Prevention Service, coordinate with authorities, and drive preventive programs aligned with Spanish law.

The role requires experience in occupational risk prevention, strong collaboration with management and employee representatives, and bilingual Spanish/English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Certified Occupational Risk Prevention Professional.
• Specialization in at least one prevention area: Safety at Work, Industrial Hygiene or Ergonomics.
• 3–5 years of EHS/risk prevention experience.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace risk assessments for offices, labs, and operations.
• Develop preventive action plans and monitor corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the Internal Prevention Service and ensure compliance with Spanish law.
• Deliver safety training and awareness programs.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, drills, and response activities.
• Work with health providers to support occupational health monitoring.
