Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Project EHS Specialist based in Zaragoza to drive and support Environmental, Health and Safety activities across our MED Cluster. You will ensure compliance with EHS standards and deploy MESH guidelines on projects and local operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in EHS program management, fluency in Spanish and advanced English, and a safety-first mindset. The role combines project work with site support, requiring strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in EHS program management within industrial or service project environments.
• Health and Safety education in Spain (Máster Universitario en Prevencion de Riesgos Laborales).
• Advantage: Master/ Engineering degree in related subject; Project management certificate/course.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and EHS practices across projects and sites.
• Ensure compliance with EHS legal requirements and MESH guidelines.
• Act as main EHS interface with customers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Lead EHS incident reporting, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Deliver EHS training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.
