Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Barcelona, Spain seeks an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Representative to lead occupational risk prevention programs in line with Spanish law. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Certified Occupational Risk Prevention Professional.
• Specialties: Safety at Work; Industrial Hygiene; Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology.
• 3–5 years of EHS or risk prevention experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace risk assessments for offices, laboratories, engineering spaces, and operational activities.
• Identify hazards and evaluate risks related to employee health and safety.
• Develop and manage preventive action plans and monitor implementation of corrective actions.
• Support management of change reviews involving facilities, equipment, processes, and organizational changes.
• Conduct incident investigations and support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Coordinate occupational health surveillance activities with providers and ensure compliance with Spanish law.
