CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Environmental Health & Safety – EMEA, based in Spain.

You will lead the regional EHS program, manage the Internal Prevention Service in Spain, and coordinate risk, compliance and readiness across offices, remote workers, and technology infrastructure. This hands-on regional role requires strong regulatory knowledge, cross‑functional collaboration, and experience implementing EHS programs with a focus on scalable, compliant, and AI‑assisted

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive EHS experience in global orgs.
• Master’s degree in Risk Prevention recognized in Spain.
• Strong knowledge of EU/EHS requirements and practical application in EMEA.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA EHS program and regional roadmaps.
• Oversee Spain's Internal Prevention Service and external providers.
• Manage regional risk, audits, incidents and emergency readiness.
• Partner with leadership, HR, TechOps and Legal to align EHS with business needs.
• Own budget, vendors, metrics and reporting; drive AI-enabled improvements.
