Job summary

Eaton seeks a Project EHS Specialist to drive and support Environmental, Health and Safety activities across the MED Cluster, focusing initially on Spain. The role requires collaboration with project teams, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with EHS standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in EHS program management within industrial or service project environments.
• Health and Safety professional education in Spain (Máster Universitario en Prevencion de Riesgos Laborales).

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and Life Saving Rules across activities.
• Ensure compliance with EHS legal requirements and MESH guidelines.
• Act as main EHS interface with customers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Lead deployment of corporate MESH programs across projects.
• Manage contractor EHS compliance, including onboarding and training.
• Lead EHS incident reporting, investigation and corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site audits and EHS inspections.
• Build relationships to promote safety-first culture.
