Job summary

ESSP SAS in Madrid seeks a Service Adoption Engineer to drive EGNOS adoption across aviation and other CNS markets. You will support adoption plans, provide inputs, and report on action progress. The role involves coordinating with aviation stakeholders and promoting SBAS/CNS solutions across maritime, rail, and drones.

With 3 years in aviation or GNSS-based applications, you’ll engage users, deliver workshops, and help prepare promotional materials. Regular travel in Europe is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of GNSS and SBAS technologies in CNS and aviation.
• Experience in market research and cost-benefit analyses.
• Familiarity with EGNOS/Galileo positioning applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Customer in implementing the EGNOS Multimodal Adoption Plan actions.
• Provide inputs to adoption plans and implement actions delegated by the Customer.
• Report regularly on action implementation progress.
• Promote adoption of EGNOS navigation services for European aviation stakeholders.
• Provide technical support to aircraft operators upgrading SBAS capabilities.
• Promote EGNOS adoption in maritime, rail, drones and other segments.
• Engage with users and stakeholders via meetings and workshops.
• Contribute to promotion materials and guidelines for CNS adoption.
