Google for Education in Spain is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to drive project outcomes and program execution across the region. You will bring pedagogical expertise and program-management excellence to own areas of digital transformation, setting direction and methodologies for accounts and regional initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, balance strategic priorities with project constraints, and translate insights into scalable adoption across schools and institutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.
• Experience in education sector (K-12 or Higher Ed) or education technology deployments.
• Experience developing and executing business, adoption, or change-management strategies based on market analysis.
• Experience managing end-to-end program roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams, with exec stakeholders.
• Fluency in Spanish and English for customer-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Drive digital transformation roadmaps for strategic accounts across Spain.
• Develop customized program methodologies and cross-functional partnerships.
• Serve as trusted advisor to institutional and government leaders to address blockers and risks.
• Manage scaled adoption programs and local networks to drive technology adoption.
• Track OKRs and synthesize insights to inform product roadmaps.
