Google in Madrid seeks a Digital Transformation Manager for Google for Education. This full-time, on-site role requires fluency in Spanish and English and a strong track record in technology sales and education deployments.

You will lead transformation programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance education initiatives. The position offers a competitive salary in euros, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.
• Experience in or selling to the education segment (K-12 or Higher Education).
• Experience developing and executing business, adoption, or change-management strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Drive digital transformation roadmaps for strategic accounts across Spain.
• Develop customized program methodologies and lead cross-functional partnerships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to institutional and government leaders to address deployment blockers and mitigate risks.
• Manage scaled adoption programs, local networks, and lighthouse initiatives to drive awareness and usage at scale.
• Track OKRs and synthesize insights to inform product roadmaps.
