Qualifications

• Minimum BSEE or BSCS degree; MBA preferred.
• 5–10+ years in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to identify, business-plan, engage, and close complex software, hardware, and services opportunities in networking and industrial markets.
• Knowledge of software pricing models, SLAs, software contracts, and contract processing.
• Knowledge of embedded software products, use cases, and the networking market.
• Excellent communication skills, including oral and written English.
• Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills in a global environment.
• Self-motivated with a passion to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close services opportunities aligned with a defined business objective.
• Maintain a track record of account identification, development, and closure while addressing technical, business, and legal issues to reach win‑win resolutions for NXP and customers.
• Interface with customers, NXP Global Sales & Marketing teams, Legal, Finance, and R&D staff.
