KD, a Madrid-based semiconductor supplier, seeks a Business Development Project Manager for Europe to drive market insight, planning and cross-functional coordination. You will own the European competitive position, define annual OEM/Tier 1 plans, and manage leads in the CRM while coordinating with FAE, R&D, and Finance to win design-ins.

English is essential; German is a plus. Travel within Europe is expected to 1–2 times per month for events and visits.

Formación

• BSc or PhD in electronic engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with automotive OEM/Tier 1 cycles (RFQ, SOP, product maturity).
• English required; German desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own the European market picture and competitive positioning.
• Define a yearly Europe plan for OEM and Tier 1 accounts.
• Maintain European leads in the CRM and qualify opportunities.
• Coordinate BD with FAE, R&D, Operations and Finance.
• Track PoCs and convert them into Design-Ins; deliver post-event recaps.
